Let's soften, breathe and sway a little side to side into the long weekend hols🇲🇾again🙆🏻

Why do we sway a little side to side, as a beginning for so many of the positions in Strala?

Swaying is a powerful technique, found in the older East Asian arts, including taiji and qi gong. Sway gently from side to side, gradually allowing your body to find its own right place, its own center.

This is how alignment becomes something that happens from inside of you. It's how we each find our own where to be, and where to go.

This direction isn't something that can come from the outside - from an instruction, or an idea about what is correct. For each of us, our direction - what is right for our bodies, and for our lives - is something that comes from inside.

So sway a bit, until you find the right place to linger.
